Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. You will work under Physical Therapists to help patients recover mobility and daily living skills in a home health setting.

Ideal candidates are licensed PTA in the state of employment, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance. We offer a supportive, team-based environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Assist patients to improve mobility, independence in self-care and daily living activities.
