The Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park in Maitland, FL is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role with an hourly pay range of $30-$36. Join our team to support residents and contribute to high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities include planning and directing therapy services, collaborating with medical and nursing staff, and maintaining standards to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current Florida license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Nursing home experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing physical therapy services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with administration, medical staff, nursing staff, and other departments to develop and deliver effective therapy services.
• Maintain and develop physical therapy standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
