Job summary

Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives. This full-time role is based in Maitland, FL.

Key responsibilities include planning and directing physical therapy services, collaborating with administrative and medical staff, and maintaining high therapy standards to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current Florida license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Nursing home experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing physical therapy services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with administration, medical staff, nursing staff, and other departments to develop and deliver effective therapy services.
