Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its clinical team in Casa Grande, AZ. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include documenting patient activities and charges, maintaining clear communication with patients, families, and medical staff, and ensuring compliance with State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for majority of shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
