BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the Sierra Vista Visits team. The PTA supports clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical wellbeing through treatment, tests, education, and interventions under a licensed Physical Therapist.

Arizona PTA licensure is required. This role offers competitive pay and a weekly schedule within a compassionate, growth‑oriented home health environment. Locations include Bisbee and Douglas.

Competenze

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Arizona.
• Two years of PTA experience with proficiency exam acceptable.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with treatment, tests, and education under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions in electronic records.
