Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation’s largest home-based care providers, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support PTs in delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to improve mobility and function under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Aid patients in achieving independent self-care and daily living skills.
