Job summary

Horizon Health Network is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health in Greene County, Ohio. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to provide individualized therapy in patients' homes, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve independence.

Responsibilities include guiding therapy sessions, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating with the care team to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Ohio PTA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

**Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health** **Location**: Greene County, Ohio and surrounding areas **Employment**Type: Part-Time | PRN**Help Patients Regain Strength and Independence** We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate PTA to join our growing home health team. Working under the supervision of a PT, you will provide individualized therapy services that helps patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and safely regain independence in the comfort of their own homes.
