Paycom - ATS in Greene County, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team on a part-time basis. Under the supervision of a licensed PT, you will deliver individualized therapy to help patients regain mobility and independence in their own homes.

You will educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and coordinate with a care team while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Qualificações

• Current Ohio PTA license required.
• CPR and/or BLS certification required or current.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assists patients with therapeutic exercises, gait, balance and mobility training.
• Monitors progress and communicates changes to supervising PT and team.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation and coordinates with care team.
