Job summary

Quickprojobs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a direct-hire home health role in SW Ohio. You will provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes across Hamilton and Butler Counties.

This full-time position offers flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll join a supportive team and work closely with PTs to adapt plans based on patient progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (associate degree).
• Active Ohio PTA license, or eligible to be licensed.
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome to apply.
• Reliable transportation for travel within Hamilton and Butler County.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Teach patients and families home exercise programs and daily living adaptations.
• Coordinate with PTs and the care team to keep treatment plans effective.
• Document visits and progress notes in line with agency policy.
• Join occasional team meetings and trainings.
