Talin Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes across Northern Virginia.

This role helps patients regain mobility and improve physical function. Responsibilities include supporting treatment plans, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Virginia.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in home health a plus.
• Ability to educate patients and families on exercises and recovery.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients in home health across Northern Virginia.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments.
• Ensure a safe, clean treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
