Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver individualized therapy that restores mobility and independence. You’ll work within a supportive team, under supervising PTs, following well-defined processes, and providing high-quality care with confidence.

Qualifications

• Certificate of graduation from accredited PTA program.
• BLS certification required.
• Current PTA license required.
• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility.
• Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses for safe, effective care.
• Teach patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with PTs, nurses, aides, and care team to enhance patient experience and care quality.
