Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in NE Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. You will work with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, balance, and quality of life.

New graduates are welcome, and opportunities to develop clinical skills exist in a collaborative, supportive environment. Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Florida PTA license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other clinical team members.
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout care.
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards.
