Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Millersville, TN seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our Skilled Nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat residents independently under PT supervision, with a strong focus on geriatric rehabilitation and functional activity to improve mobility and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate is licensed in the state, passionate about elder care, and committed to delivering patient-centered therapy in a team

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional activity-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Promote fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
• Support residents in functional activities to enhance ADLs.
