Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role with a sign-on bonus. The PTA will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent disability, and promote overall wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

Candidate must hold an active PTA license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and have a passion for geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must possess license in the state of practice.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
