Tender Touch Rehab Services in Camden, NJ is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in a SNF and Long-Term Care setting. This role offers a $5,000 bonus and competitive hourly pay.

You will deliver PT services under supervision, support patient progress, and collaborate with a dedicated team. A PTA license and associates degree are required, with opportunities for professional growth within Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
