Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Camden, NJ (08102). You will provide licensed PTA-led physical therapy in SNF and long-term care settings, with a $5,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program (Associate’s degree).
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
