Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Camden, NJ. The position offers a $5,000 bonus and a competitive hourly compensation in SNF and long-term care settings.

As a PTA you will provide treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist in selecting appropriate patients, coordinate evaluations, maintain documentation, and ensure all physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
