Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and provide high-quality rehab services to our senior residents. You will work closely with licensed therapists to deliver PTA-skilled care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Requirements include an active PTA license and graduation from an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the APTA. LTC/SNF experience is a plus; PRN schedule with competitive pay of $33–$39 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• LTC/SNF experience a plus
