Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time position offers competitive pay and full benefits, with new grads welcome.

You will provide skilled therapy under a licensed PT, assist in treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to promote patient independence and mobility in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Certified PTA with completion from an accredited program.
• Current MO license or eligibility to obtain.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with therapy and nursing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
