Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in O’Fallon, MO. This full-time role offers a supportive team, benefits, and growth opportunities in a patient-centered rehab department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current MO license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Promote patient independence and mobility.
