Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This on-site role focuses on implementing PT plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant with on-site patient care experience.
• Ability to implement PT treatment plans for seniors.
• Ability to document accurately in EMR and educate patients/caregivers.
