Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, accurate EMR documentation, and education for patients and caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• PTA certification required.
• Experience with geriatrics preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation.
