Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team in on-site settings, delivering individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. You will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certified PTA with current license to practice.
• Experience delivering therapy to seniors in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
