Prava Therapy seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join a premier senior living community in Frederick, Maryland. You will design and implement evidence-based plans of care for adult and geriatric residents, emphasizing functional mobility and safety in daily life.

You will collaborate with physicians, wellness teams, and care staff to monitor progress, adjust plans, and promote independence within an upscale, resort-style environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with competence in adult/geriatric evaluation and treatment planning.
• Experience delivering functional, evidence-based PT in a community setting.
• Ability to coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and create individualized plans of care.
• Deliver skilled interventions focusing on strength, balance, gait, transfers, and functional mobility.
• Address fall prevention and safe mobility across assisted living and memory care settings.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility strategies and safety.
