Solaris HealthCare Pensacola is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join their in-house Step Up Rehab team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, full-time hours, and competitive hourly pay ($28–$38) depending on experience.

This position requires a Florida PTA license (or eligibility) and prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. The facility features modern rehab gyms and a supportive leadership team to promote clinician

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Support residents in regaining function and independence through skilled, compassionate care in the therapy gym within Solaris HealthCare Pensacola.

Education
