Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed PTA to join Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, Florida. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and the chance to work in a dedicated therapy gym within a skilled nursing facility.

You will provide skilled PTA services, support residents in regaining function, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities
