Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in Traverse City, MI. You will provide PT under supervision, assist with patient selection, and collaborate to achieve care goals in SNF/long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must have an APTA-accredited PTA program degree and current PTA license in Michigan.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and in SNF/Long-Term Care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under licensed PT supervision.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
