Renewal Rehab in Traverse City, MI is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in renewal rehab services within SNF and long-term care settings.

You will provide focused PT treatments under a licensed PT, assist in patient selection, coordinate evaluations and referrals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. A strong license and active state credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT.
