Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services in Mill Valley, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a part-time role with a $3,500 sign-on bonus. You will provide physical therapy treatments under supervision and collaborate with PTs to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
