Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Mill Valley, CA. This position offers competitive pay ($46-$51/hour), a sign-on bonus of $3,500, and a path to professional growth in SNF and long-term care settings.

You will provide PTA services under supervision, assist in selecting patients for therapy, coordinate evaluations with the PT, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
