South Pacific Rehab Services in Mill Valley, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for part-time work with a sign-on bonus. You will provide PT-assisted therapies in SNF/long-term care settings, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with the supervising PT for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
