Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a part-time role with a $3,500 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay of $46–$51.

Based in Mill Valley, CA, you will provide PTA services under a PT supervision, help identify patients for therapy, maintain compliant documentation, and work with a supportive team across SNF and long‑term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
