Renewal Rehab in Chicago, IL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a SNF and long-term care setting. You will provide PT services under supervision of a licensed PT, assist with patient selection and referrals, and help maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in state of practice.
