Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Illinois. The role is based in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting with compensation ranging from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.

As part of Enhance Therapies, Renewal Rehab offers a collaborative environment, industry-leading clinical education, and flexibility with scheduling. The PTA will provide supervised therapy, help select appropriate patients, and ensure regulatory documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
