Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Chicago, IL. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with strong support for professional growth and ongoing education.

As a PTA, you will work under a licensed PT to deliver treatments, identify appropriate patients, and coordinate care while maintaining regulatory documentation and open lines of communication with the care

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date.
