Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility setting in Chicago, IL. A valid PTA license in the state of practice is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all patient orders are obtained and up to date
