Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/long-term care setting. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a focus on teamwork and clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
