Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered physical therapy to adult and geriatric populations in Columbus, OH. You will work under a PT to enhance mobility, safety, and independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, quality outcomes, and ongoing professional development with strong support for therapists, including CEU and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice and PTA program graduate.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
