HCRC consulting in Port St. Lucie, FL seeks an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a multidisciplinary practice focused on restoring mobility and quality of life.

The PTA will guide patients through exercises, progress rehab plans, and collaborate with PTs to ensure high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold a Florida PTA license with at least two years of PTA experience, excellent communication and documentation skills, and a patient-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Minimum 2 years PTA experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Positive, patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises.
• Progress individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Perform therapeutic modalities within scope.
• Educate and motivate patients.
• Complete accurate daily documentation.
• Communicate with PTs and other providers.
