The role focuses on guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, progressive rehab plans, and manual therapies to restore mobility and function. The position offers a solid base salary of $65,000–$74,000 with a $2,500–$6,000 annual bonus potential, a no-weekends schedule (Tue/Thu half-days), one week of paid vacation, and a monthly 1‑hour

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Port St. Lucie, FL. We specialize in helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life through personalized rehabilitation.

Total Compensation up to $80K | No Weekends

What You’ll Do

• Guide patients through therapeutic and corrective exercises
• Progress individualized rehabilitation programs
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re‑education
• Perform therapeutic modalities within scope
• Educate and motivate patients
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Communicate with PTs and other providers

Schedule & Compensation
