Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN roles to work under a Physical Therapist. Provide high-quality therapy, promote mobility, strength, and independence for residents.

The PTA will follow established plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling and PRN opportunities available across our network.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program from an accredited institution.
• Active South Carolina PTA license in good standing.
• Maintain continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per established therapy plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support a positive, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
