Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a SNF/long-term care setting in Wisconsin. This full-time position offers mentorship, competitive pay, and opportunities for clinical education and growth.

The PTA will work under a licensed PT, assist in patient selection, coordinate referrals, maintain documentation, and ensure orders are current in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
