Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF and long-term care setting in Wisconsin. You will provide PT services under supervision and help identify appropriate patients for therapy, coordinating with the PT for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
