Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing and passionate team in Wisconsin. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
