Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in Wisconsin. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT and support patient care in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
