Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program as a full-time team member.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, help identify patients, coordinate with PT for evaluations, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, with strong communication and organizational skills encouraged; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• New grads welcome.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
