Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Decatur, IL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, identify suitable patients, coordinate evaluations, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Must hold current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and active licensure required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referrals.
Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
