Job summary

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under a Physical Therapist in outpatient pediatrics and school-based settings in Arkansas. Roles include direct PTA interventions, documentation, and collaboration with PTs to support adult and student mobility and independence.

The position offers part-time or full-time opportunities with a focus on improving quality of life, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team across a growing network of therapy

Qualifications

• Active PTA license required.
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions as outlined in the plan of care.
• Document treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and treatment recommendations.
• Assist children in developing gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, strength, and endurance.
• Educate families, caregivers, and school personnel on strategies to support student success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to coordinated care planning.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Support students in accessing their educational environment and participating in school activities.
