Job summary

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services in both school-based and outpatient pediatric settings in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role offers the chance to support children across environments, improving mobility, strength, coordination, endurance, and daily participation.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating pediatric patients, developing treatment plans, collaborating with families and school teams, and participating in IEPs and care planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Arkansas PT license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services in school and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and care planning as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
