Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Full-Time team in Des Plaines, IL. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, professional growth, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include providing PT services under supervision, coordinating patient therapy with the PT, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring orders are up to date.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
